We are offering FREE SHIPPING for orders made on https://wandrd.ph, with ZERO MINIMUM SPEND. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available—please prepare two valid government-issued IDs to avail.

• For orders made within Metro Manila, shipping is availble through local couriers (e.g. Lalamove, Grab Express, Angkas Padala, etc.). Shipping is FREE for a limited time only for all orders made through https://wandrd.ph.
• For orders outside Metro Manila, it may take five (5) days to one and a half weeks via LBC.

Yes! Same-day delivery is available upon request, provided that:

1. The item is on-hand, and
   
2. The delivery address is within NCR.
   

Cut-off for same-day delivery requests: 4:00 PM
(Requests made after 4 PM will be processed the next day.)

Cut-off for same-day delivery orders:

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM → can still be processed for same-day delivery.
  
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM → will be delivered the next day.
  
• For standard delivery within Metro Manila, ordered items can be delivered via our in-house delivery team. This may take a 1 to 3 days, from confimration of order to dispatch for delivery.

One of our representatives will reach out via call or text to confirm your order and delivery details. You may cancel your order during this confirmation call or text.

Step-by-step Order Cancellation Process:

1. One of WANDRD Philippines representatives will call you, our client, to confirm your order details.

- If you decide to CANCEL your order, this will be cancelled on the https://wandrd.ph website.

- If you have PAID for your order and decided to CANCEL the transaction, refunds will be processed by Paymongo.

Please note that refunds may take up to XX banking days befiore it gets reflected back to your account.
